Thomas Iacobellis is the president and founder of Iacobellis and Associates, Inc. Land Surveying Company established in August 1978 and incorporated on March 8, 1984. Thomas obtained his education in land surveying and civil engineering from East Los Angeles College, Pasadena City College, Calfornia State College Los Angeles, Pierce College, U.C.L.A. and U.S.C. extension courses.

From July 27, 1964 to March 1978, Thomas was employed by the City of Los Angeles Survey Division Bureau of Engineering with duties that extended from field engineering aide to part chief. Mr. Iacobellis obtained experience in the subdivision process by checking final parcel maps and tract maps, along with being in charge of the photogrammetric section of the city. He became licensed in March 1978 and formed the land surveying firm of Preece and Iacobellis, Inc. in July 1978.
